fashion's day out

did you guys go to fashion's night out?

I ended up taking a much needed nap~

but woke up bright and early to go to the hermes sample sale

 hey guys!! look what shoes I got~

most of you voted for 6, but 1 & 2 tied for second,

and they were cheaper together than 6

however - with cheaper shoes do come with bandaids. ugh!

took the Patricia Chang clutch out for a spin~

OK - I may not have gone had I read about how they didn't have

jewelry, ties, bags, scarves, belts, even cute home goods at least~

I was so shocked how boring and big the sale was.

unless you're into their clothes!

but nancy and I found these booties~ perfect for fall and SO comfy - unlike the flats =/

 

this design seems to be a trend in my tiny but growing collection.

time to move on~~ last one

fyi - sale is at 317 W 33rd st

and goes on until Sat

you guys - I have so so much to catch up - still have to post wedding photos even

I've never worked 40 straight hours in my life before. O.O

if I stayed up it was for school and it would be broken up for class,

or to hang out with friends at retreats. :P

hot air balloon ride

over the weekend, bora wanted to check out this fair~

h and I are always down for adventure so off we went!!

the festival ended up being a big contest

we ended up in the mascot, the monster balloon, leaving first

(I was trembling and sweating so much at first but it's very smooth and calm once you're up there)

then all the other balloons have to try to land a bean bag as close to our landing spot as possible

 

 the views are so fantastic - we took off in NJ and landed in PA :P

saw deer running free, waved to kids in their pools - was really fun.

one small trick plane drove directly at us and then dove right under!! - it was terrifying..

awesome~~ once in a lifetime :)

I made this new one for fashion designers because I am really relating to the last one right now

can't wait until this collection is done - but frankly,

already started working on the fall collection to follow!!

my husband and I got to getaway this weekend to spend quality time with my sister.

time together means more to me now than ever,

so I made up my mind to shower my sister with as many kisses as I can manage to squeeze in

(she hates that junk :P)

but seeing how hank was so thoughtful beyond me was surprising and so precious to witness~

I  know I married the best man and I never want to take it for granted!!

even though I see him every day, I miss him every minute we are apart..

happy birthday to the man who makes my life the best it can be.

hank - you are always wise and calm - the rock that I need - thank you

and I will do everything in my power to make you just as happy~~~~ <3 <3
