DiY - not SO easy DIYs, home decor

 love this table!
watch this old ikea staple transform:

ceiling medallions as a wall treatment - fantastic~
achieved by caulking

cut out photocopies meet thin layer of elmers glue, meet ceiling.

lastly, I am SO tempted to do this, only if I had the time... tufted headboard!!

you will need a peg board and 3" foam as the foundation.

you then painfully sew and tug the buttons which you also make to match

start from the center and work your way out,
carefully wrapping the edges nicely as well.

maybe one day, or one of you will try it!!

p.s. our moving date is set~ saturday is D-day

I love the walls and doors

it's most likely official - we are moving (again)!
narrowed it down to 2 options and just waiting to hear back~

hermes for the marq

The Parq on Paterson Hill, Signature Tower, Singapore is the first luxury apartment building fully decorated by Hermes. The result: spacious 6,200 sq ft apartments feature a carefully curated combination of Hermès furniture, furnishing fabrics, wallpapers, carpets, tableware, along with made-to-order leather upholstered items and a choice of artworks. The Hermés team of decorators led by the fabled French decorator Yves Taralon, the Creative Director of La Table Hermés,  and Michelle Cheong’s, the Creative Director of the SC Global design team collaborated using the principle of “art de vivre”.

thank you for the tip, anne!!

st. regis, Bali

hey guys!!
so the 2nd of my 3 requests we do in Bali was to stay here~

because I saw they have this in your room~~
.. so I can do a lot of chillaxinnnn

peekaboo!

peaceful ey?

and a jet pool. sigh.. wish I was here again
I died.

treats for the honeymoon suite - it was really yummy, can't go wrong with fondue

elephant towel! haha..

such a pretty hotel

breezy lobby

tea time at the regis - it was so pretty
but it was a fail - the buffet was too soggy for Indonesia's climate

their food otherwise was great~

smoothies every breakfast. miss those *weep*

 lunch

oysters. my achilles' heel

the resort - giant cabanas everywhere~ even a cabana swing!

yes - we tried them all~~ :P

my favorite part is their lagoon pool that felt MILES long~~
with so much to explore!! giant underwater chairs in a living room format

I don't recommend riding the bike on the street outside the resort
they drive on the other side of the road, and it's really chaotic..

bali is less about the beach, and more about the pools.
but we hit up the beach since we are here~~~ woohoo!
all the shells hank collected - we brought them home :)
sunset~ night time post to come!
